02/13/2017, Leica Store and Leica Gallery: new additions to the Old Town of Nuremberg.
On the ground floor of the premises at No.8, Obere Wöhrtstrasse, visitors will find the complete product range of Leica cameras, while the first floor caters for exhibition fans and art aficionados. The venue also offers dedicated spaces for seminars and workshops.

The gallery will open its doors with the exhibition Ara Güler – The Eye of Istanbul. Like no other, Güler has documented urban life in the metropolis on the Bosporus since the 1950s, capturing the city’s bustling streets and the private everyday lives of its inhabitants with his Leica. In 2016, Ara Güler was honoured with the Leica Hall of Fame Award for his extraordinary, atmospherically condensed images.
