06/21/2017, On the Couch is a new event format introduced by the f3 – Freiraum für Fotografie platform in Berlin. Every two months, the venue will host a talk featuring a photographer and an industry expert, in order to discuss questions revolving around the content and aesthetics of contemporary photography.

Against the backdrop of the gallery’s current exhibition NOOR by NOOR – Award-winning Reportages of our Times, Carol Körting and Charlotte Schmitz will talk about the role of documentary photographers in today’s world, possible ways for photographers to succeed in the marketplace and make a living with humanist projects, as well as the influence of the photographic medium on contemporary society.
